Booking, Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy applies to all coaching, facilitation, training, and counselling services provided by Rise Coaching, as well as the sale of digital and physical products. By booking or purchasing from Rise Coaching, you agree to the terms below.
Bookings and Cancellations
Full Payment and Confirmation
· Full payment is due prior to any session.
· No session will be confirmed until payment (or agreed deposit) has been received.
· Deposits are non-refundable and secure your booking.
Full-Day Rate for Multi-Day Engagements
· Services booked across multiple consecutive days (4.5 hours, 5 hours, 6 hours, or more) will be billed as a full-day session.
· This applies to both half-day and full-day bookings if they occur on consecutive days, even if the daily hours differ.
Why this applies:
- Partial days are difficult to fill on short notice.
- Multi-day sessions require full-day commitment for preparation, travel (if applicable), and availability.
- Even if fewer than 8 hours are worked, the day is reserved exclusively for the client’s needs.
- Post-training work (such as reporting, documentation, or follow-up tasks) is always required and included in the commitment.
Non-Consecutive Bookings
· Single, non-consecutive half-day bookings (e.g., once a week) may be billed at a half-day rate, subject to availability and prior agreement.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
· Clients must provide at least 48 hours’ written notice for any session, whether in-person or via Zoom, to cancel or reschedule.
· Sessions not cancelled or rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice will be billed in full due to pre-work preparation, lost opportunities for other clients, and allocated resources.
· No-shows (failure to attend a booked session without notice) will be charged in full.
Late Arrivals
· Sessions will begin and end at the scheduled time.
· Clients arriving late for a session forfeit the missed portion; the session will still conclude at the scheduled end time.
Group or Corporate Bookings
· For workshops or team training sessions, at least 21 days’ written notice is required to cancel or reschedule.
· Failure to provide sufficient notice will result in the full fee being charged, as these sessions require preparation, materials, and reserved resources.
Force Majeure
· Rise Coaching is not liable for sessions disrupted by events beyond our control (e.g., load-shedding, illness, technical failures).
· In such cases, sessions will be rescheduled at a mutually agreed time. No refunds will be issued.
Refunds and Returns
Services
· Deposits and payments for missed, late-cancelled, or no-show sessions are strictly non-refundable.
Digital Products
· All digital product sales are final.
· Once purchased and made available for download, no refunds, returns, or exchanges will be granted.
· Clients must review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.
