This accreditation applies only to the qualifications or skills programmes included within the approved scope of accreditation and expressly identified by R.I.S.E. as QCTO-accredited.

It does not automatically apply to every coaching service, digital programme, questionnaire, assessment, report, community or free resource offered through the website.

R.I.S.E. provides personal-development, educational, reflective and coaching-related products and services. These may include:

  • Digital programmes and electronic resources;

  • Monthly or lifetime-access options;

  • Online learning and community access;

  • Questionnaires and reflective assessments;

  • Assessment credits and reports;

  • Coaching, facilitation, workshops and training; and

  • Free resources and discovery tools.

The relevant product or service page will describe the main characteristics, price, payment arrangement, access period, delivery method and any specific conditions applying to the purchase.

At the date of this notice, R.I.S.E. does not sell or ship physical products.

EDUCATIONAL, COACHING AND ASSESSMENT NOTICE

R.I.S.E. programmes, coaching-related services, questionnaires, assessments, scores and reports are intended for education, reflection, coaching and personal development.

Unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement, they are not:

  • Clinical or psychological diagnoses;

  • Medical treatment or healthcare advice;

  • Psychotherapy;

  • Emergency or crisis support;

  • Legal, financial or employment advice; or

  • A substitute for assessment or treatment by an appropriately qualified professional.

Participation does not guarantee a particular emotional, relationship, career, financial or other personal outcome.

R.I.S.E. is not an emergency service. Anyone who may be in immediate danger or experiencing a mental-health emergency should contact an appropriate emergency service, crisis service or qualified healthcare professional.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Unless otherwise stated, the website and its content are owned by or licensed to R.I.S.E. and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Protected content may include:

  • The R.I.S.E. name, branding and logos;

  • Website text, photographs and graphics;

  • Programme videos, audio, exercises and downloads;

  • Course structures, workbooks and training materials;

  • Assessment questions, scoring logic and report templates; and

  • Other original educational and digital content.

Website access or a purchase does not transfer ownership of this material.

You may not copy, reproduce, publish, distribute, sell, modify or use protected material to create a competing product without prior written permission, except where the law permits otherwise.

ACCURACY AND AVAILABILITY

R.I.S.E. takes reasonable steps to keep website information accurate and current.

Website content, programme availability, prices, platform arrangements and service details may change. The information displayed on the relevant product page and at checkout at the time of purchase will apply to that transaction.

Temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, updates, technical faults, internet failures, security incidents or problems affecting an external platform.

Nothing in this Legal Notice excludes a consumer right, remedy or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

This does not remove any right to approach a competent regulator, tribunal or court.
