·        Deposits are non-refundable.

·        Cancellations or reschedules require at least 48 hours’ notice.

·        No-shows or late cancellations are billed in full.

·        Group or corporate bookings require 21 days’ notice.

·        Force majeure events (e.g., illness, load-shedding) may result in rescheduling without refund.

·        Digital products are non-refundable once purchased and downloaded.
